Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manages existing partnerships with transportation providers and public transit agencies to ensure quality control
  • Builds new relationships with transportation providers and public transit agencies to ensure network adequacy
  • Manages process improvement initiatives to ensure seamless coordination with transportation providers
  • Coordinates between transportation providers and our engineering team for technical integrations

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast and flexible learner, organized, detail-oriented
  • Interested in continuous process analysis and improvement
  • Prior experience in the medical transportation industry is ideal
  • Can be based in New York City or Philadelphia

Ride Health is focused on improving access to care for low-income, elderly and disabled people. We build software that enables coordinators to arrange rides using on-demand services and traditional non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services. We are deploying our first product with four major healthcare providers, including a Top 10 U.S. News & World Report hospital and an ACO with 1,000+ providers and 90,000+ attributed patient lives.
